The hotel is situated in the close vicinity of the downtown, only 100 metres far from the Turkish Bath and the Bitskey Aladar Swimming Pool. The pedestrian precinct of the popular Baroque town, the Dobo Square and other attractions (Castle, Archbishop's Garden, Minaret) can be reached with a few-minute walk.

The two-storey, modern building was erected in 2000, elevator is not necessary to get to the guestrooms. Guests arriving by car can park in the private, closed, guarded parking lot. 24-hour reception, Internet corner, cooking facilities in the garden are available. The Champ's Pub (between 12:00 pm and 23:00 pm) awaits guest with local specialities, international food and beer specialities, it is suitable for events, too. A grill terrace (maximum capacity: 80 persons) operates during the summer season, where guests can taste grilled meals. Pets welcome.
