Hotel Flora *** is located at the center of thermal springs, near the thermal bath and the indoor swimming pool, in front of the refurbished Turkish Bath. The city center and the Castle can be approached with a convenient 5-minute walk.

The hotel was fully renovated in 1999, through which the refurbishment of rooms took place, the conference rooms and the restaurant became air-conditioned, the medical department was modernised and refurbished. Lobby bar and spacious restaurant (with live music, suitable for events) serve guests' entertainment. Closed parking lot is available for guests arriving by car. Wireless Internet access is in the lobby. The hotel has a private medical department and offers various wellness services for relaxation. The complex involves five air-conditioned conference rooms and a section room, they are for events of maximum 20-200 participants (technical equipment: slide-projector, video projector, overhead projector, television, video, amplifier, flipchart, telephone, fax, photocopy, microphone, built-in volume, Internet access). The conference rooms have natural daylight and can be dimmed.

Rooms

The rooms of the four-storey hotel have a television, minibar and telephone. Mansard rooms are situated on the top floor of the building, equipped with a double bed, shower and toilet, they provide comfortable accommodation for maximum 2 persons (extra beds are not available). Standard rooms have a balcony, bathroom, separate toilet, they can be equipped with extra beds. Non-smoking and air-conditioned rooms can be requested. Bathrobes are provided upon request (upon charge). The spacious apartments (four apartments are to book) involve a living room, a bedroom and a bathroom, they have standard facilities.

Medical Treatments

The private medical department offers the following medical services: physician examinations (rheumathologist or internist), balneotherapy, physiotherapy, electrotherapy (ultra-sound and galvanic treatments, iontophoresis, diadynamic current, interference current, magnetotherapy, four-cell galvanic bath, short wave, cryotherapy), tangentor, fango mud-pack, medical massage, medical gymnastics (individual, group) and a thermal pool. The thermal water springs of Eger rise from the karst water of the range, it is suitable for curing rheumatic problems, joint and spinal diseases, diseases of bones, muscles and tendons moreover diseases of the nervous system.
