Location
The hotel awaits its guests in the centre of Eger, near the Minaret. The Dobo Square and the Castle of Eger can be approached with a few-minute walk.
Hotel
The 3-star hotel built in 1982 was renovated in 2004. The 2-storey hotel is equipped with a restaurant (for max. 60 persons) and a conference room (for max. 30 persons). An outdoor swimming pool (27 m3) makes guests' stay more pleasurable during the summer season (from May till September). Parking is possible free of charge either in front of the hotel or in a guarded car park. Pets welcome.
Rooms
Some rooms overlook the Minaret, which dates back to the Turkish times, while the other rooms have a beautiful view of the Castle and the Dobo Square. All rooms are airconditioned and have a bathroom (with shower), a colour television (with 25 satellite channels in Hungarian, German and French languages), hairdryer, safe (free of charge) and wireless Internet access. The floor in some rooms is covered with carpet, while the others with parquet. The hotel provides rooms for nonsmokers. Room service is available every day from 12:00 (noon) until 22:00 pm.
Business services
The Blue Moon Restaurant is suitable for a business lunch or dinner, for banquets, meetings and smaller weddings. The terrace - which can seat max. 30 persons - is open from spring. The airconditioned conference room (suitable for max. 30 persons) offers a perfect place for smaller conferences, meetings, trainings, press conferences and exhibitions. Flip-chart, roll-screen, television, radio with CD player, video player, projector and computer (with DVD player) are available in the conference room. Overhead projector upon request.
