Hotel Villa Volgy ***/**** is situated in the Szepasszonyvolgy (Valley of Beautiful Women) which is famous for its winecellars. The neighbourhood of the hotel is very quiet, so it can be a perfect place for relaxing. The popular wine cellars and restaurants can be approached with an easy walk, we also recommend the hotel for those guests who would like to taste the atmosphere of the bustling Valley.

In 2006 the hotel's 4-star wing was opened in a new building, where air-conditioned rooms, a conference room and the wellness department await guests. The 100-year-old main building was renovated in 2009, the new wing houses modern, high quality, 4-star rooms and a unique restaurant. The wellness section has also been enlarged. The 2 restaurants of the hotel offer Hungarian specialities and wellness meals. In the larger restaurant – built in 2005 – max. 200 persons can be seated in pleasant, comfortable, airconditioned environment. The smaller room is suitable for max. 60 persons. Grill parties (on the terrace) and wine tasting (with award winning wines of the region's most famous wine makers, held in the hotel's own wine cellar) are very popular among guests. Closed parking place is available. The imposing buildings of the hotel complex are surrounded by a beautiful park with shady trees, a small rock garden and blooming plants. Those who like romance will surely be amazed by the 100-year old chapel, where weddings can be held. Pets are allowed only in the 3-star wing.

Rooms

The 3-star wing offers comfortable 3* standard rooms equipped with a bathroom (all of them have a shower with shower curtain, shower cabin is not available), television (satellite channels), telephone, WIFI Internet access (HOTSPOT card is needed) and a fridge. Ground floor, first floor (mostly with balcony) and airconditioned mansard rooms are also available. The majority of double rooms can be equipped with an extra bed (single or double bed). All rooms are non-smoking. The wellness section is situated about 25 metres away from this building, it can be approached through the park.
The 4-star wings have spacious 4* superior and 4* design deluxe rooms. These non-smoking, airconditioned rooms have a safe, hairdryer, minibar and a television (satellite channels). The majority of double rooms can be equipped with an extra bed (single or double bed). Family rooms can be requested. Bathrobes are available upon charge. The 4* superior rooms are located in the 4-star wing – opened in 2006 –, in the same building as the wellness section. These rooms have ADSL Internet connection and a bathroom (all of them have a shower with shower curtain, shower cabin is not available). The floor is parquetted, ground floor, first floor and mansard rooms are also available. The 4* design deluxe rooms of the renovated (in 2009) main building are featured by modern furniture, WIFI Internet access. First floor and mansard rooms can be reserved. The wellness section is situated about 25 metres away from this building, it can be approached through the park.

Conferences and events

The hotel's meeting room can accommodate max. 70 persons, it enjoys natural light but can be darkened. 1 flip-chart, TV, video player, cd player are available free of charge. Overhead projector and overhead projector screen can be rented. A modern, air-conditioned conference hall has been bulit in the new 4-star building. This fully-equipped room is capable of holding up to 250 persons and equipped with a built-in projector, projector screen and high speed internet.

The hotel's wellness section was opened in 2006, it is situated in the 4-star building (it can be approached through the garden from the other buildings, inside corridor is not available).
