Location

The apartmenthouse is situated in the heart of the historic centre, but the vicinity is still quiet and calm. All the major attractions – such as the Minaret, Dobo Square, Cathedral, Lyceum, Castle, Thermal Bath – can be approached with a few-minute walk. The neighbouring streets offer a wide range of restaurants, cafés and brasseries to relax after a busy day of sightseeing.

The one-storey Patria Apartmenthouse was constructed in 2004. It awaits guests with friendly atmosphere, a mediterranean style garden and a wine cellar. An underground garage is provided for guests arriving by car. In the lobby an Internet corner is available. The whole building is non-smoking. Pets welcome.

Rooms

Spacious rooms and apartments of high standard serve comfort, they are proved to be ideal for relaxation. All rooms have unique, Italian furniture and are equipped with a bathroom (shower or bathtub), hairdryer, satellite television, radio, telephone, minibar, dial-up Internet access and airconditioning, floors are parquetted. The apartments are bigger than double rooms, they have a living room and a bedroom. All rooms are non-smoking. Room service can be required between 10 am and 22 pm.
